Can I specify my delivery time?

Our delivery hours are limited to weekdays between 2pm - 6pm. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

If you require a delivery of your order before 2pm - 6pm, feel free to reach out to us for a customised solution with a third-party service at an extra cost of $22.

Can I do pick-ups for my orders?

Sadly we don't offer pickup services. Our retail inventory runs differently from our online inventory.

Can I stack my membership promo codes with the online store's?

Only 1 promo code for online checkout is allowed per cart out.

Re.juve Membership promo codes & perks are only redeemable at our retail stores.

When does the re-delivery fee apply?

A $20 re-delivery fee applies if:

  • The shipping address is incorrect upon arrival.
  • Our driver can't access your unit due to security issues.

How can I avoid the fee?

To avoid it:

  • Provide accurate shipping information & contact details.
