Do you allow product substitutions in your bundles?
Our bundles are carefully designed to meet specific nutritional requirements, and unfortunately, we cannot make substitutions within the bundles.
Can I specify my delivery time?
Standard deliveries are scheduled weekdays from 2 pm to 6 pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For delivery outside these hours, please contact us to check availability. Non-standard deliveries incur a $25 fee.
Can I do pick-ups for my orders?
We do not offer pick-up services.
Please visit our physical store locations HERE or use delivery platforms like Deliveroo, GrabFood, and FoodPanda for instant delivery options! Simply search "Re.juve".
When does the re-delivery fee apply?
A $25 re-delivery fee applies if:
- The shipping address is incorrect upon arrival.
- Our driver can't access your unit due to security issues.
How can I avoid the fee?
- Provide accurate shipping information & contact details.
- Email us at hello@rejuve.sg immediately if there are access issues.
- Include delivery instructions during checkout.
What vouchers can I use for online purchases?
Our Re.juve Membership is separate from our online website login.
The membership benefits, such as point collection, birthday vouchers, product redemptions, and welcome vouchers, are exclusive to our physical retail stores HERE.
These perks are not applicable to online purchases and are only available in-store.
Can I stack online promo codes?
Promo codes are limited to one per order at online checkout.
Re.juve Membership promo codes & loyalty point perks are only redeemable at our retail stores.
When will my order arrive
You'll receive a delivery date confirmation email within 1 working day after confirming your order.
If ordered before 2 pm, expect delivery on the next working day; after 2 pm, it'll arrive on the following working day between 2 pm and 6 pm.

What varieties or flavours of cold pressed juices do you offer?
We offer a diverse range! Our popular selections include Asian Green, Beat That, u.Glow, and i.Glow.

What are the minimum quantities available for large orders?
For large orders, our cold pressed juices are available in cases of 24 bottles per flavour. Please let us know your interest, and we can provide a quote.
Can we customise juice blends or create personalised labels for our company?
- Juices: Unfortunately, we don't allow customisation of juice recipes as they're tailored for taste and nutrition.
- Labels: While custom labels aren't available, we can add customisable stickers on bottle caps for events at an additional cost. Inquire for more details at hello@rejuve.sg !
How much lead time do you need for fulfilling a corporate order?
Ideally, we recommend placing large orders at least 21 days in advance. Feel free to email us, and we'll check our current inventory levels to accommodate your request.
What is the process for placing a corporate order?
Simply fill out our inquiry form, providing event details such as:
- What is the nature of this event? (Indoor/outdoor setting).
- What Re.juve beverages are you interested in having?
- What time does this event officially begin and end?
- What is the preferred delivery time?
- Do you require a chiller?
- Address of the event venue.
- Date of the event.

Do you offer chiller storage?
Yes, we provide various chiller options at an additional fee:
- Styrofoam bin: Holds up to 48 bottles and keeps the cold pressed juices chilled for up to 4 hours.
- Ice cooler bin rental: Holds up to 300 bottles and keeps the cold pressed juices chilled for up to 48 hours.
- Refrigerator rental: Holds up to 120 bottles.
