Shipping policy
There will be no delivery on weekends and public holidays.
Free delivery applies for orders above $120 unless stated.
You will receive your order in 1-2 working days when it is placed before 2PM. However, orders placed after 2PM will be arranged on the next working day.

Orders will be delivered at a fixed window period of 2pm - 6pm.

Amendments to the order date, time, address, or items after checkout require at least 1 days' notice. If not, a $10 administrative fee will be charged.
Upon Receiving
When your order arrives, please take a moment to check that everything matches your order within 12 hours. If you notice any issues, kindly email us at hello@rejuve.sg with a photo of what you received. Please note that if we don’t hear from you within this 12-hour window, we will not be able to process refunds or redeliveries.
Pre-Order Deliveries
- Pre-order options apply to paying in advance for out-of-stock items.
- Orders with a mix of in stock and out-of-stock items will be processed once the pre-ordered out-of-stock items are available.
- Customers can indicate their preferred weekday for delivery. The delivery window is fixed at 2pm - 6pm.
- If no preference is indicated, a confirmation email will be sent with the earliest delivery date (2pm - 6pm) once the pre-ordered items have arrived.

Re-delivery Fee Policy:
- A re-delivery fee of $25 applies if:
- The shipping address provided is incorrect upon arrival.
- Our delivery driver can't access your unit via the intercom due to property security during delivery hours.
- To avoid this fee:
- Provide accurate shipping information during checkout.
- If there are access issues, inform us immediately after placing your order via email at hello@rejuve.sg with your order number.
- Including delivery instructions in the "Order Special Instructions" section during checkout can help us ensure successful delivery.
Additionally, specific time requests outside of our weekday delivery timings (2pm - 6pm) will incur an additional $25 cost. Please note that requests for delivery within this specific time frame must be communicated at least 2 days in advance. This allows us to assess feasibility before confirming with you.
