Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at feedback@rejuve.sg immediately if the item is defective, changed of tastes/ or smell, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Every batch of Re.juve beverages has an expiration date printed on the bottle itself. We allow our online customers to have at least 7 days to consume their juices upon receiving their order. Re.juve is dedicated to providing the highest quality, best-tasting product to our customers. Please let us know if you are not completely satisfied with your orders. We take pride in our product's consistency and freshness, and while we strive to be perfect, mistakes do occur.
Refund: You may send us a picture of the orders on the same day upon delivery; if there are missing orders, damaged goods, or received wrong orders, we will process the refund or reschedule a new delivery within 2 working days. We will gladly replace the product at no additional cost. Please ensure that the beverages should be kept at an optimal temperature of 1-4 degrees Celsius for quality control.
If you are dissatisfied with the product quality, please contact our Customer Service within three days of receiving the orders and provide detailed information on why you were dissatisfied with our product. We may not be able to provide a full refund based on the feedback received.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests for shipping orders must be submitted to Customer Service should be done within 1 working day. For all E-Commerce shipments, a 24-hour notice is in place to allow ample time to communicate the change with our warehouse. If the cancellation is made after the 24-hours, we may be unable to guarantee the cancellation or issue a full refund.
