Order Shipping Details

There will be no delivery on weekends and public holidays.
Free delivery applies for orders above $75 unless stated.

You will receive your order in 1-2 working days when it is placed before 2PM. However, orders placed after 2PM will be arranged on the next working day.
Orders will be delivered at a fixed window period of 2pm - 6pm.

Pre-Order Deliveries

  • Pre-order options apply to paying in advance for out-of-stock items.
  • Orders with a mix of in stock and out-of-stock items will be processed once the pre-ordered out-of-stock items are available.
  • Customers can indicate their preferred weekday for delivery. The delivery window is fixed at 2pm - 6pm.
  • If no preference is indicated, a confirmation email will be sent with the earliest delivery date (2pm - 6pm) once the pre-ordered items have arrived.

Re-delivery Fee Policy:

  • A re-delivery fee of $22 applies if:
    • The shipping address provided is incorrect upon arrival.
    • Our delivery driver can't access your unit via the intercom due to property security during delivery hours.

  • To avoid this fee:
    • Provide accurate shipping information during checkout.
    • If there are access issues, inform us immediately after placing your order via email at hello@rejuve.sg with your order number.
    • Including delivery instructions in the "Order Special Instructions" section during checkout can help us ensure successful delivery.

Additionally, specific time requests outside of our weekday delivery timings (2pm - 6pm) will incur an additional $22 cost. Please note that requests for delivery within this specific time frame must be communicated at least 2 days in advance. This allows us to assess feasibility before confirming with you.

    Can I specify my delivery time?

    Our delivery hours are limited to weekdays between 2pm and 6pm. Please note that we do not provide deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

    If you require a delivery of your order before 6pm, feel free to reach out to us for a customised solution with a third-party service at an extra cost of $20.

    Can I do pick-ups for my orders?

    Sadly we don't offer pickup services. Our retail inventory runs differently from our online inventory.

    What vouchers can I use for online purchases?

    Membership loyalty points can be exchanged for $ OFF vouchers, which can only be used for online transactions.

    However, the Birthday Voucher, product redemption, and Welcome voucher are exclusive to our physical retail stores HERE

    I have made a purchase, when will my points be credited?

    Thank you for making your purchase here with us!

    If you're signed up as a Re.juve Member, your points should be credited to your account within 12 hours of your purchase.

    If this is not the case, kindly reach out to us HERE with a screenshot of your order confirmation for us to check.

    Can I stack my membership promo codes with the online store's?

    Only 1 promo code for online checkout is allowed per cart out.

    So you may either choose your Re.juve Membership redeemed promo code, or our online store promo code
